    "background": "<p>The districts around Noto (above all Buonivini) and Pachino in the south of the province of Siracusa are reputed for the quality of their Nero d'Avola wines. This variety was grafted onto older Semillon rootstocks in 2011. These roots give a fruit intensity usually only found with older vines. The elevated west aspect vineyard, with its red brown earth over calcareous clay subsoil, produces great Shiraz grapes on this site.<\/p>\n",
